Salsa... Yes or No!

It has been years since I’ve made homemade salsa, but a friend gave me some jalapeños and my fiancé loves salsa, so why not.

I found a recipe online and went to work.

Ingredients:

1 can Diced Tomatoes (I used fire roasted)

1 Onion

1/2 cup Cilantro

3 Cloves Garlic

Lime Juice

Salt

Pepper

1 Jalapeno Pepper

I cut everything up and put them into the blender and called it good.

I got the chips out of the cupboard and handed it off for tasting as salsa is not my thing. Shane gave me approval so I think this was a success.
