Winter Weather Crockpot Dinner

*Post Contains Affiliate Link*

Since the cold, snowy weather has made an appearance, it's time to get the Crockpot out.

I made some Chili. Check it out!

Ingredients:

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups Hot Water

2 cubes Beef Bouillon

16 oz Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

16 oz Black Beans, drained and rinsed

16 oz Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed

2 cans Tomato Sauce

12 oz Brown Rice

12 oz Corn

12 Grape Tomatoes

Chili Powder

Paprika

Dried Oregano

Onion Powder

Cumin

Salt

Pepper

All in the Crockpot, Low Temperature for 8 to 9 hours.

Top with some cheese, salsa, and sour cream and your good to go.

My husband said I should have added more of the seasoning spices, but it tastes really good.

I, personally, thought it was the perfect amount of seasoning and it tasted great.

Hope this helps if you're looking for an easy winter dinner.
