Day 10 (Nov 10) : Feeling Good in my Skin
For the second time this week, I had someone ask if I was losing weight.
I am trying to get healthier and it's great to have people seeing the changes. I've noticed my clothes are fitting a bit better. That in itself has started to boost my confidence. But, having people notice is just the cherry on top.
I've been doing a little yoga and doing more standing and walking at work. I've cut out the majority of dairy and sugar drinks. I'm looking at cutting carbs and gluten next, but I want to get a bit farther on this portion of my lifestyle change. I've also added in a meal replacement from the Young Living Slique line.
So, I'm feeling pretty good about myself right now.
