Day 4 : Friends

I have depression and anxiety. My life is a daily battle. Some days are easier than others, but my dark days are tough. Because of this, I know how it feels when you need to talk to someone, but you don’t want to feel like a burden. I’ve been there. So, I love it when my friends know they can reach out to me. Some days are difficult to respond because of my own battles, but the understanding my friends have is amazing. I try to pass on that understanding when I can.

I had a friend who just needed to talk and I was the lucky one who he turned to. I want everyone to know they are worthwhile and if you need someone to talk to, I’m here. I also use other tools myself. Use them if you need to as well.

I use an app called 7 cups. They have people you can talk to and videos to help calm you. It’s easy to get started.
