You Deserve More

If you're asking for the basics, you're asking the wrong person. I was asking the wrong person and I won't settle again.

**********

I want you to talk to me about your schedule. Let me know what you have going on and what we can do together.

I want us to make dinner together two days a week. I would like to eat before 8:00 PM because I get hangry waiting so long.

I want to go out on a date once a month, outside the house.

I want us to say "I love you" before you go to work and before we go to sleep.

I want a good night kiss every night.

I want you to put a load of towels in the washer when you use the last one. I also want you to help move them to the dryer and cabinet, if I didn't get it done.

I want you to help keep the apartment clean and organized.

I want you to find interest in my hobbies and my "stuff".

I want you to take the trash out without prompting.

I want you to make me feel loved.

I want us to check in with each other during the day.

I want to watch at least one episode of a show we both like without phones or computers before we go to sleep.

I want you to sort through your mail once a week.

****This is a start of what I want and need from our relationship as we move forward. There can be additions and revisions made periodically. With changes, there needs to be face to face communication of those changes.

💚
